1.b. Warm up

Before you start any exercise, you should take a few minutes and warm up your fingers. I’ve noted several times that my left hand fingers hurt, until they are accustomed. Therefore I overcome this issue by taking some less minutes and play slow patterns. Dependent of the strings strength (I’m using 0.09) you should spend more or less time. However when you practice every day, you will see, one minute is sufficient.

My pattern is simply 3-4-5-6. Play it on all strings.
